Head of Trading, Portfolio Manager

Dick leads portfolio management for the Managed Volatility Fund and the trading team for Bridgeway. He joined Bridgeway in 2000. Dick has over 40 years of investment industry experience, including five years with Cancelmo Capital Management and The West University Fund. Dick previously worked for Paine Webber, Rotan Mosle, and Casella Securities on the options floor at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange.

Dick holds a BA in American History from Washington and Lee University. He serves on the advisory board of Washington and Lee’s Shepherd Poverty Program and is a director of The Shepherd Higher Education Consortium on Poverty. Dick is an active member of the West U Rotary Club, and he is an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion to the homebound at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

David Jennings

David has been an equity trader at Bridgeway Capital Management since 2002. In this role, David implements the firm’s strategies by executing trades across domestic equities, options, and futures based on Bridgeway’s statistically driven models. Relying on his 18 years of equity and derivatives trading experience, David strives to minimize trade implementation costs under all market conditions. Prior to joining Bridgeway, David worked as an equity options trader and market maker on the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange. He made markets in various sectors, including banking, health care, oil and gas, semiconductors, and pharmaceuticals.

David holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University. He continues to support the university through his role on the Reliant Trading Center-Industry Advisory Board, mentoring students in the Trading, Risk and Investment Program (TRIP). He also serves on the City of West University Place Parks and Recreation Board.

James McKissick

James has worked in equity trading at Bridgeway since 2000. He previously worked as a Portfolio Administrator for AIM Management Group. He also brings his experience as an area director for Young Life and his commitment to community service to Bridgeway.

James earned his BA in Economics at the University of Texas. Over the past six years, he has led Bridgeway service trips to El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras in partnership with Living Water International.
