Purchases
Prospective investors in Bridgeway funds may
purchase shares through mutual fund marketplaces and any member
of the National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC). Shares
are also available directly through Bridgeway Funds, Inc.
E*Trade Securities offers shares on a "no-transaction
fee basis" if your purchase is placed on the internet after
you establish an account directly with E*Trade by sending a completed application and
an initial investment of $2,000 or more.
Other fund marketplaces and brokers who are members of NSCC offer Bridgeway shares at transaction fees ranging from $18 to $200. These fees vary and do change. The minimum initial investment in a fund is again $2,000, although some marketplaces may require a higher amount.
Shares in Bridgeway funds are also available through brokers that clear through US Clearing, DLJ/Pershing, Fiserv or NISC. Please contact your broker to see if he or she clears through one of these sources.
Consistent with its Code of Ethics and other governing principles, Bridgeway Funds reserves the right to reject any order.
Shareholders who purchase shares through members of the fund marketplace and members of NSCC are asked to contact those organizations for subsequent investment levels and for redemption instructions.
