The minimum investment for all funds in any type of account is $2,000.

There is no account maintenance fee for regular accounts held directly at Bridgeway. For individual retirement accounts, there is a $15 IRA custodial fee per fund, which is charged by the Custodian. However, the Adviser, Bridgeway Capital Management, is paying the entire fee and will continue to do so in 2007. Although we have no plans to change this policy, with "dynamic" regulations and industry practice in this area, we will reconsider this practice at the end of the year.

Bridgeway requires a signature guarantee on all redemptions or transfers of retirement accounts. On regular accounts, a signature guarantee is required if the shareholder does not have telephone redemption privileges and the written redemption request is for $100,000 or more.

If you prefer to purchase through a brokerage house or fund supermarket, most do carry our Funds on a transaction fee or no transaction fee basis. Please check with the individual broker to assess their transaction fees and any other account maintenance fees that may be applicable.
