Capsule Overview
Bridgeway Capital Management, Inc., the Adviser to Bridgeway Funds, was founded in Houston in July 1993. Bridgeway Funds, the series mutual fund for which the company is best known, was incorporated in October 1993 and became operational in August 1994. Both companies maintain their offices at 5615 Kirby Drive, southwest of downtown Houston.
The Adviser has a lean cost structure, so that the firm relies heavily on technology and a small, skilled and dedicated staff. These factors have enabled the firm to offer products unique to the mutual fund industry.
Bridgeway Funds today comprises 11 distinct
mutual funds, each of which has a different investment objective.
